Weights & load
Nett is derived (gross − tare) by the database. Load no. and progressive tonnes are computed live per job; the values shown here are what the next saved docket will carry.
Unknown job numbers are created automatically with the docket (job name + customer required). Unknown truck regos are recorded automatically (Type of Supply required) — trucks are approved via their carter. Dockets are immutable once saved (NFR-05); corrections via admin Void & reissue.
Dispatched dockets awaiting delivery confirmation. Mark each as delivered when the load lands on site.
Produces a single PDF with one page per selected docket — print it from your PDF viewer.
